The Premium Income Fund Unit Class (PIF) is a Australian regulated unregistered managed investment scheme that provides funding solutions to developers.
PIF is an actively managed portfolio of Australian property development Projects Sites and is designed to provide periodic liquidity to meet withdrawal requests.
The portfolio delivers consistent returns and mitigates risks through prudent diversification.
The annual distribution of Fund income is forecast in a range between 9% – 15% p.a. and paid quarterly.
The Enhanced Land Fund (ELF) is a Australian regulated unregistered managed investment scheme. ELF is an actively managed portfolio of Australian Land Sites suitable for property development.
The portfolio diversifies types of risk and returns and is designed to provide periodic liquidity to meet withdrawal requests. The annual distribution of Fund income is forecast in a range between 15% – 25% p.a.
Where possible the Investment Manager prearranges the disposal of land before acquiring land in the portfolio, which is intended to reduce the portfolio exposure to property market price cycles.
Flexible Income Fund
The Income Generator Fund is an Australian regulated unregistered managed investment scheme. The fund invest in a diversified portfolio of assets selected with a view to generate a steady stream of income and preserving Investor capital. The underlying are short duration and fixed income and yield securities funds.
The benchmark returns is BBSW+ 3%, with monthly liquidity for withdrawal or redemption.
Our long-term vision is to build a series of interlinked ALSCs that share community programs and services across metropolitan suburbs of key coast cities within Australia.
As we grow, we will seek capital partners with pension and super funds to accelerate the development of these ALSCs.
